We are getting the value in divvys of what Hydra is worth. The way this works is whatever we hold of ARSC, we get a 1 ARSC for every 150 of Hydra. So one would divide the total shares of ARSC by 150 and these would be free shares of HFCO.

So are current ARSC shareholders (or those of a certain date) getting HFCO shares thru a dividend then or not?

Is that the dividend they've been talking about for years now?

My guess...no. Or perhaps you get it, but it's restricted and will wind up costing you more to get it unrestricted than it will be worth by the time it's diluted back down to .0001/sh.
