Remember, Esebag is a BILLIONAIRE who went out of his way to put CIRC out of business. The others continued talks even after their legal counsel told them there could be legal ramifications because of the 'exclusive contract' with CIRC. All the defendants wanted a piece of this Playboy energy drink. This is much bigger than ANY OF US KNOW!!!!
