greenpar, last word that I'm aware of is what PCFG released in December, and they are awaiting for NDEP approvals to start the work. Of course, hard to say if they have the money necessary to work it because of that $250,000 funding deferral into September, as identified in the recently released Definitive Agreement change notice.
