Hi Huck-I use level 2 for OTC/BB stocks that is available at an additional rate (U.S. Small Cap Pro) with this site. That bid is not showing today although there is a 1,000 share bid at 26.10. The possible "Raw dump" of some of his shares as he takes profits might be the 645 shares offered at 31.98.
