what does that even mean if it says DTC Chill on TD ameritrade... like back a few months ago i wanted to buy AEGY and it wouldn't let me saying DTC chill but today i bought PMCM my friend tried to but he's on Fidelity and he couldn't so i don't know what the heck causes that
