This is only my unresearched opinion, but I would say Exactly Right. Regardless of the veracity of his epic and endless cheerleading, establishing actionable "insider" connections would require a herculean effort, probably impossible. Les certainly is not as well innoculated as the dentist, but that is a whole 'nother story...

I remind folks that investing in non-reporting OTC issues is akin to mining in the wild west. Nearly anything goes, and thinking a civil lawsuit or the SEC will come riding in to save the day suggests naivety and inexperience. Then again, without investor inexperience, we'd probably not have a penny stock market to begin with, but I'll leave that off-topic conversation to smarter folks than me.

Caveat emptor, even the SEC says that.
