#171687 RE: Steel Penny #171682

Thanks Steel Penny...
Wouldn't it be nice if the dividends were one of those situations where NTEK OVER delivered and paid the .59 per 100 shares instead of 1000?

I seem to recall writing IR awhile back inquiring as to whether or not the projected 2nd dividend payout amount might be based on the expectation of there being a reverse split of say 1 for 2 which would be in line with the almost doubling of the first dividend amount.
I don't recall getting an answer and it may have been because of my cancelling or not actually sending the message.
It's still something I ponder. May have to look into it again.

Just checked my email and did find that I had sent the email and am reproducing it below. BTW - I didn't see a response.

"Hi Lorraine,

I understand you are likely to be very busy and I want you to know that I and many others appreciate what you and everyone else is doing to help the company in its endeavors.

I was planning on posting the following message (see below) on IHUB in an attempt to get answers but thought I'd run it by you first in hopes of getting some clarification and possibly avoid the public conversation.

Of course if the subject matter is something the company would consider a favorable subject to be discussed publicly....I'll be happy to accommodate. Please advise. Thanks!"

EDIT - NAME REMOVED

"For all you math whizzes out there...

Do you suppose it's possible to extrapolate what the company may have (in effect) projected it's PPS will be and how many shares will have been retired based on how much they expect to be paying in dividends for the months of July & October, etc.?

I noticed that the projected dividend difference is $2,146.00 less between the July dividend and the October dividend which I'm surmising is because there will be 500k worth of share buybacks to factor in, making the payout less, assuming the buybacks are executed before the payment of the dividend during the months of July and October. What are your thoughts in this area?

One of the things I'm unsure of is whether or not the company had anticipated and incorporated a reverse split when creating the projections for the payment of dividends for July and/or October when they increase to $1.02 per 1000 shares from .059 per 1000 shares. The difference between the April dividend of $0.59 and the July/October dividend amounts of $1.02 per 1000 shares do not seem to correlate with any of the amounts associated with Gross Revenue, Net Margin, or Cash Balance. What are your thoughts?

Not knowing the rationale for the increase in the dividend amount for July and October has me wondering and I'm hopeful someone can explain to me what they think is the reasons.

Any help would be appreciated. tia
