Not so sure about that my friend, look at where they set the value and think of the value when it was in your account!! Then they said you needed to fill out that form and verify that you own the shares. I never filled out that form and got the shares in the mail also. They gave you spark plug shares and then took most of them back and tried to get people SSN numbers. I only trust in God and learned to expect the unexpected. No hard feeling just calling it the way things was presented to us. GLTY.

The private shares are worth only what you can get someone to pay for them. That said... we will be getting periodic updates on the financial and operational status of the company sent directly to us. It may amount to nothing. But it may also become something very significant. I invested in this venture originally for the value of the patent for hot flash medication. If clinical trials are ever completed with acceptable or even exceptional FDA approval... you won't have any trouble finding buyers for your shares. NO... I don't like what has transpired but... we have an "at par" number of shares in the private ESSI company as well as the reverse split number of shares in ESSID. This investment never was a sure thing so I'm not losing sleep over having a vested interest in two companies... each with an outside chance of becoming very successful. Just my 2 cents...
