No, no, no. That LOI wasn't for acquisition of ARSC. That LOI was for acquisition, or complete takeover of A5 Labs but ONLY upon securing production funding. ARSC will be used for other clean energy acquisitions but has nothing to do with HFCO other than ARSC being a parent company to HFCO.
