Watched the share issues come up with a R/S that I got out of with a small profit. Had to watch and endure retail complaining how the security dove over 85% while they were awaiting shares. I luckily had mine day after and was able to exit at the R/S price, slightly up from a few days prior. This was also where I learned about the different brokers. I am a huge fan of Options Express despite them being late with tax information this year. They are quick on executions and routing. I used to do all my trading with Scottrade, but they are slow, cumbersome and charge extra for any security under 1.00.
