Get in before Bill announces that he has called for inspection !
That would mean a two week window as he said it would be about 2 weeks for HC to inspect. How long after do they receive the license, not a clue but I would think fairly quick.

My 2 cents is as soon as the fence is up you better be in if your planning on licenses run. Wonder if anyone has updated photos from this week since it's been over a week since last pictures.

I don't anticipate anything changing April 1st. Bill said plans were to call for inspection right after Easter and I'm not sure how long the official approval takes after that. With that said, Bill could certainly surprise us and do it sooner, but on the other hand, there are always delays when building anything, so that could certainly happen too and delay further. What I anticipate is continued volatility as we progress through April, but with higher and higher lows. As we approach mid-April, I think that's when it really starts to take off (although will likely happen sooner) in anticipation of the call for inspection followed by approval. Just my opinion...
