Over the last 7 years, there has been one run-up of this stock. The majority of the time it has sit mired in sub-penny land. Not exactly sure what you mean by "all the time," but this stock certainly doesn't qualify. For every pinkie that has a run, there are 5 that go out of business.
I know that there has been some "talk" about a dollar a share by the end of the year. That is NOT going to happen. There is no way this stock can create sufficient revenues and earnings in the next 3 years to justify a price of that type. It is not going to happen. I mean, my gosh, the company has yet to turn a dime and struggles every quarter to find the money to file its Q. Anyone with unreasonable expectations is just begging to be disappointed.
