My guess is they could be able to get the listing standard #3 by the end of 2014, probably 2015 though. The Canada grow op is going to give GrowLife a $100 million bonus in addition to revenue stream once it is up, which I strongly believe will go up this year. Some risk in that Health Canada needs to see finalized construction before giving approval to grow, but they'll get it done I'm betting.

Price per share increases can mean less dilution for GIFT round 2 and 3 because the company has access to more capital (if each share costs more).

Take Warren Buffett's advice on Buying a company. When he buys, he imagines the stock market would close for the next 15 years. This just means that your investment decisions should really be loooong term.
