I don't see the issue at all. They are just promising to pay us to use our app. Who cares who it is? It is good news. It shows that our app is getting exposure and is sought after in the marketplace. With all due respect, I do not think you understand how our CEO operates. If you did, you would not consider selling here because of this.

I think you need to work on your reading comprehension skills, this is not an acquisition, ITNS is just a company, and potentially one of many, licensing the use of the app from MyECheck. MyECheck didn't even PR it, ITNS did. MYEC STRONG!!!

So in your opinion Ed should have denied them the ability to pay us fees to use our platform?
In sure the only reason Ed PR'd the LOI is because he wanted us to hear it from him instead of later by a shareholder of that company, either way we would have found out about it.

Its NOT an aquisition!! It is a license deal man!! They will pony up or not!! Doesn't affect MYEC direction at all!! Many IRONS in the FIRE here!!
