MRIB shareholders have been getting updates from TA for many many months now. Check the filing from Feb. 14th. The SS is still the same! There was a convert end of Dec. that was absorbed in Jan and there has been no change since then and there are no more converts! Also once again all of this can be found in the filings also the fact that the AS was reduced to 700 million shares was filed through Edgars in the rest of the filings!
