I was invested in MLOG prior to Wright's involvement/MobilePro buying half the company. It was a viable tech that didnt aggressively pursue their IP rights. Meccarelli and Wright saw the opp to capitalizeon this mgmt oversight and doggedly pursued. At some point between 2004 and 2013 - they ended up gaining controlling intrest in the company without filing with the SEC and while keeping shareholders in the dark.

My guess is they are now reaping the benefits of the IP lawsuits and can do it without public knowledge now that they are private. They have so far refused to provide or file financials to show where the money went. At this point - I am going to have to get the attorney involved and ratchet up the pressure to get the SEC to investigate the financials and controlling interest that went unreported between 2004 and 2013. Unfortunately - that is a bleak process.

I havent looked but I am sure there are better honey plays out there with transparent operations.
