LOOK WHO WAS NOT THERE:

Were there 2 reasons from what happened Friday:

1) A JDZ source confirmed that a minor disagreement arose because of “a last minute request by the Sao Tome and Principe representatives to approve the PSC before the consortium signed it.


2) Friday’s disagreement was caused by the inability of the parties to agree to the terms of the Joint Operating Agreement for Block 4 in the zone.

Seems like 2 issues to me. Jives with Conoil being the first (reason #2 above), then attempt to move on without them caused #1?
