I am not taking it personally. I just get tired of people complaining on this board about their service. I am sure that not everybody is getting great service. I live in Alaska and it never takes more than 5 days either way with my movies. If service was like he said I would address the issue with GZFX and if they did not resolve it in a timely fashion I would drop the service. Simple. I would not be telling you guys about it.
