Somebody is eating those .0004's as fast as they come into play ... I don't know who or what accumulator sees value at that level. 22 million is nothing to sneeze at ... the last time this ran to .003 - .004 we had 25-50 million shares traded a day. This stock seems to always come alive in the March, April, May timeframe ... Good shell with an interesting name this could be a RM candidate someday imo.

Not new shares, that was just me taking a little off the table.. someone is buying all those up pretty quick though, and picking into the 5s.
