OK, this is an unprofitable biowreck that has been accused of securities fraud and most of the investing community is too smart to buy it.

So it's circling the bowl about to be flushed like the crap that it is.

Is that better?

Nope,.... not better at all. It is indeed currently an unprofitable biotech stock - but that's true of just about all development-stage biotechnology stocks.

Thus - panning NNVC because they are currently unprofitable is equivilent to making the same negative statement about all development-stage companies.

That is to say - it is an invalid criticism.

Stating that NNVC has been accused of securuties fraud is also inaccurate. No reputable or regulatory organization with any legal ability to do damage to NNVC has made such an accusation. So far - all that has been done is a few sets of ambulance-chasers trolling for non-existant damanged parties,.... and no case anywhere has been filed.

Thus - panning NNVC as having been accused of securities fraud is at least, premature, and is at most completely inaccurate.

So,... making a 'turd' anology to NNVC is inaccurate hyperbole. Restating the accusations being made doesn't make it accurate.

20%+ of NNVC's shares are held by some of the largest players in the financial community. How do you account for their purchase of this piece of crap as you continue to refer to it?
