The way this works is they have to get a medical license issued under Bearpot, Inc, and then they can pay the fees and apply specifically to be a cultivation center or dispensary... or both. Once established under the corporation, they can apply for recreational marijuana sales.
At a minimum, there is a 4-6 week period before approval or denial of the license. Bearpot, Inc was incorporated on 2-14. Right now we are looking at pretty much the minimum time for notification on the license.
I suspect the next PR will state Bearpot, Inc has obtained a license to either cultivate or dispense medical marijuana. Probably this week or next week.
If they get denied the license.... well, no need to complete the sentence.
The license in and of itself won't move the stock because you will still have the share count.
It would be nice if the mods would post 420s 'dd' near fellner's letter up above. That way you have Fellner stating this is a last gasp for the company and then all the lack of verification from 420 below or above the stick.
I like 420, but have him on ignore due to the same old same old. A sticky would be helpful.
If we have no word on a license by the end of March and the stock is still holding on to threes... time to lick wounds and move on.
