I spoke with my broker. He told me that a cease trade order in any province extends to all other provinces by default. Also, that I can not open a trading account in another province unless I have photo I'd and residence in that province. Even if I gift the shares to someone out of province they are still untradeable until the filing requirements are made. Brutal!!!

Thx for your concern and advice. Anyone saying they can trade it in Canada is lying according to my broker. He took the symbols from SNRY, NOHO, and FGLD and searched them to find they are all ceased across Canada. These are all Gelmon stocks.

I will try getting a temporary lift so I can sell my shares. If you want the required info I will post it for you. Noho OTC filing says they are aware and working on getting the lift in place. We'll see.
