I just bought at $0.0002 -- with an order of 49,791 ICOA shares, at $0.0002, to round up my lot to an even ten million.

WHEN THERE IS SOLID NEWS, I will come back as a buyer. Feeling out on a limb here, as long as confused sellers are selling at one.
