there's only one tenth of one tenth percent chance IMO CIRC has a chance of success ...and that would be as a Private label-er ... but even in that regard, reputable larger companies stay away from small branders who can't meet desired production or future growth; especially ones in immense debt ...and no, for the dreamers, no settlement, if a settlement or victory here, is going to take care of that
