Valid concerns Truth- been here a couple months now and have followed all "DD"...most of which is BS or speculation. Rather than re-hash it all, start by reading the sticky post from DCGoD above.
It's the best DD posted to date.
I also have communicated with Stephen Shearin, and posted as well. Total transparency here. Legit company doing this the right way, without fluff PR's.

From what I understand, the machines are leased to the dispensaries for a fraction of the cost of those who are actually purchasing machines from the other company. Something like 100 bucks a month. Their business plan isn't centered around selling machines. Get them placed and collect revenue based on product sold through the machines. Good luck!
