I have asked Etrade to reverse my buy, and refund the trading commission if they can't get me my certs.

I am very troubled if Pino is still in the mix here. I can't imagine why Pino's IR firm is being CC'd. I would think that since they are in a lawsuit, Megas and Pino would limit their communications to only lawyer to lawyer exchanges.
