I looked at Etrade and it executed at 0.0001 I placed to buy order at 0.0002 It' looks like company is selling stocks this cheap 0.0001

That is no sign at all. The SEC already shut down the MGLG defunct shell. There is nothing more for the SEC to do. It's over. MGLG was suspended in 2009 and litigated in 2013. It is dead and buried now, unless shareholders want to continue to exchange worthless .0001 shares from each other. That is all that happens whenever there is a trade.

That is a very good and positive sign since SEC is very aware of this company and all that has transpired
