The criminal aspect has yet to be addressed. Now that the facts have been exposed and verified, this could become a possibility.

lluvbbs, They are forced to continue to short and continue to distort. The way the economics of naked short selling, and ex-clearing work, is to continue to sell that which you do not have.

They did it here with BCIT, and they continue to do it throughout the OTC market. They are well connected at the SEC, FINRA, the DTC, and the OTCmarkets.com.

Once the dust settles here, and the precedent for punitive damages of $8.25 per share becomes the agreed upon floor for shareholders scammed by these guys/gals, many other targeted companies will be stepping forward on behalf of their investors and shareholders.

Why not blanket the Scottrade offices with your message? Others as well. A little (actually I meant BIG) publicity stunt. RoadRage, Chris Grabrowski, and Blankenship and others could hurt the Brokers feelings, REAL GOOD.

SevenTenEleven, I sit here just shaking my head because I really think those whom are short penny stocks........ REALLY do not get what is happening to them day by day, minute by minute right now. I find it shocking that they are still in such denial. A 9th grader with a calculator could figure it out.

The penny stock market just became a brand new game and those who would naked short are about to find out what the real definition of being "naked" is when they lose their jobs, forfeit everything they own including the clothes they are wearing.....

And you wanna know what, anyone who knows me.... knows that I can be quite generous with the little bit I have.... BUT, in this case, where a brokerage house can take my money for a product that they are supposed to deliver to my account......... and then not only insult me by NOT delivering what they sold to me..... BUT can then (my broker in Saratoga Spring NY) literally laugh at me on the phone, and to tell me "good luck collecting from us (Scottrade)"........that I am so BITTER about disgusting lack of maturity for someone with a Series 7 license........

that I actually hope the arrogant bast**d loses his job over this and eventually ends up homeless, divorced, and living in a cardboard washing machine box. It simply could not happen to a more deserving broker.
