FBC Interactive's First Product Commercial Production:

FBCD would like to share some additional information on its initial product expected to be launched in the first calendar quarter of 2014.

FBC Interactive, a division of FBC Holding, Inc, reports that its client will begin shooting a commercial for introduction of its first health and wellness product this week in Los Angeles. It is expected that the commercial will be aired in certain test markets in FBC's current quarter.

Although we are not prepared to disclose details of the product and risk endangering a competitive advantage that we now can exploit, we can share some additional information. The product incorporates a proven technology that has been incorporated into similar products for decades. However, this product will incorporate the functional component in a unique manner utilizing its newly acquired, licensed technology which significantly improves the product and allows it to be manufactured in a more economical manner.

We will be supplying additional information as we proceed closer to product launch.
