You are 100 percent correct it is easy to get a trademark a patent on the other hand is a whole different ball game . I have a lot of experience in both. I have had numerous trademarks and 2 patents go through and the patent portion is a nightmare. GL

Are you talking about morphine, etc.? Cause your right but the federal government thinks its medically necessary for morphine to be a controlled substance, and the federal government does NOT YET feel that MMJ is medically necessary. Will that change? Probably I saw the CNN documentary and it was truly amazing how that little girl did so much better with MMJ
