Maybe JR and lawyers are hoping that over time everything will be forgotten as far as suspension if he remains silent. Does JR understand that these investors worship him like a god and he could do no wrong in their eyes? If JR really knew what the investors thought he could do a massive R/S, rais the A/S, O/S, and dump away with the investors cheering him on as they buy up more at $1.00 a share R/S price. That's how much of a true cult stock this has become IMO.
