Dilution? Yeah sorry but there is no dilution with MYEC. Prove what you believe to be dilution. Shorting, yes.
I encourage you to show proof of dilution.

Til then... Show me links to the downside - any and all you find. I will gladly shut up for real dd as to why this isn't a home run.

But I encourage you to shut it if you can't bring valid dd with links to the table.

What income are you talking about? The income that just started coming in a couple months ago? Is a couple months of revenue going to pay off the last 5 years of debt?? 3rd QTR 2013 was the 1st full QTR of revenue. I know this is hard to digest but we will try to walk you through it.
