PVEC is almost always painted up at the end of the day as happened on Friday. This manipulates the ALD (Accumulation/Distribution Line) to look like its going up even though selling FAR outpaced buying (as shown below) which means the stock is actually being "distributed" rather than "accumulated." The ADL is a very unreliable and easily manipulated indicator.
