I feel we need to consider the word "mistake" could mean any of several things. Somehow I doubt the filing itself was a mistake. Rather, I tend to feel either a) a new filing will be submitted incorporating a change, b) perhaps the plaintiff "thought" they had a qualified case and quickly realized "their" mistake, c) could this have been the purpose of Laura's business travel a week ago and perhaps she laid the matter to rest, d) some other factor may be affecting this.
My feeling is that all should want to get along. With Neom owning the clearinghouse, one would think Neom could shut them down all together. Simply put, all would lose in a significant way (including Neom) but Neom would have the remainder of the world to benefit from :-)
What continues to have me at odds is WHY Scanbuy would breach their arrangement with Neom. It does not make sense.
