Perhaps I am missing something, but I fear you may have been focusing so intently on the negative as to limit your view of other possibilities. As I recall, the MSFT action was "terminated" the day after it was filed. While I am not at all an expert in legal matters, I view the word "terminated" with vigor. I fully realize that the filing may reappear with new/modified details, however, for the moment it remains terminated. I also remain cognizant of the fact that the majority of suits are settled out of court, and if the MSFT and Startbucks actions are in retaliation of Neom's action against Scanbuy, I tend to feel there may be room for negotiation.
