IMO The day range was 0018-0012 so that is 33.33 % decreasing in PPS. This is enough for shorting.
The reason: The weakness in the bids was expressed clear with much smaller amount, due to the missing PR News.
The PPS is possible to be recovered whether or not at 3 stock exchange business days in confirmation of the PR News we all are waiting but for the shorting is important only the price. IMO.
At least You don't need to be negative, just express your opinion.

Sorry, you are right. Is not so clear what exactly I want to say in first my post for shorting. May be the second will express MO better.
