Hopefully the "tailend" is not a very long tail!

I was kind of hoping dilution would go out like a lamb rather than a lion. :-)

At the end of the third quarter, we were at 128,563,766. Throw in 10M per shares for the 4th quarter of 2013 and the first quarter of 2014 and that gives us 148,563,633.

Please note: only 2 quarters have seen more than 10M shares issued: 2012 3rd Quarter (14,161,393) and 2013 1st Quarter (10,344,738). So if we breached the 10M share barrier, it's probably not by much.

The only "mile marker" in between those two points is the S1/A filing which stated that as of December 13, 2013, the O/S count was 135,752,043, which more or less falls into line with our projections.
