Again, I think your missing my point . Im just saying there is always other possible reasonings behind what might be interpreted as bad MGT or bad managing.
Warren Buffet is one of richest men in the world and his companies are many fortune 500.
Berkshire Hathway owes backtaxes of one billion dollars dating back to 2002. Doesn't mean they don't have the money to settle and get that off record. Obviously there is some form of dispute and a resolution is not coming easy.( link below)
We don't know what all is involved in this tax dispute, we don't know the complexities of the filings with the variety in AQUM . Everybody keeps saying all they do is tower work. Supposibly they are way more involved or should I say could be in various projects. We wont know until we hear it from AQUM, as slow as they may be , otherwise we all are guessing.
