Unless someone can show me a new definition for Conservatorship No! They have private capital investing in a public company that understands they will come out of Conservatorship. Because Conservatorship worked, now F&F is capable of building historical value & should be released if the Gov't follows the rules. The 2012 sweep was illegal. Tax payers have their money back with profits now. Instead of 10% for 20 years done in 5 years. Release!
