just a minute are
you saying the brokers can trade or should be able to trade
shares that are considered to be fraudulent shares.
so they can do another fraud.
because by trading the shares I have that are fraud or not
real shares they would be commiting fraud one more time.
If they can do this can someone tell me how you can get
around the fraud part.
What we need is for the brokers to pay us the real damages
that they did to all us shareholders. This has been a huge
fraud on all of us and even the market.
They need to pay a heavy price. There already has been a
case settled for over 2 dollars a share and a judge that has
put a price on punative damages for 8 dollars plus.
Bottom line I think it is illegal for the brokers to trade
these fraud shares. It would be fraud one more time on us.
