Will DD’s question open a can of worms?
Perhaps it's not as much a question of Capstone acquiring Systematic Development Group as it is of re-acquiring a missing asset?
First, note this:
"An exciting development for the 4th Quarter FY 2009 will be the first complete line presentation of USB products developed by our BBI division of Capstone," said John Tate, President of Black Box Innovations. "The family of products has been rebranded 'Classified' and the entire family will have its first significant promotion on an end cap at a premier retailer. The line consists of four items; Personal Pocket Safe(TM), Secret Diary(TM), Classified Secure Flash Drive(TM), and Safe Mouse(TM)," added Mr. Tate.
Now note what we find just 4 months later
Interesting, John Tate is on Stuart Wallachs Lok-IT website in a UTUBE commercial, dated April 2010 selling Lok-It products. I believe John Tate was still listed as president of CHDOs Blackbox Innovations at the time. Lok-it products appear to be BlackBox Innovations Personal Pocket Safe and Classified Secure Flash Drive under different names.I thought that was interesting. (Message #57186 by RVD)
Perhaps Wallach might not be pleased to see a question that could lead to an investigation. into the mysterious migration of a stockholders' owned corporate Division into his own private business.?
