Thanks for both responses to my post. I do appreciate your hard work.
I will say this much in regards to a couple of issues however. Im not one to go back and forth and in no way am I saying who is right or wrong.
Ive invested for years, mostly big board but several pennies.I would only guess not only yourself but countless others that im sure contact CEO daily wanting information. Im sure based some past experiances that there has to be a cutoff and just concentrate on work at hand to try and get to a point to be able to share with all shareholders, not just to those who call.
I once was in a stock that had such a novel business model as a startup everyone was chomping at bit for information, calling and emailing on a daily basis, including myself. I did after a while get through to a VP that told me they had to stop due to average call volume of 56 daily just wanting updates that if given in details they wanted, would violate SEC rules . He told me they don't read message boards or react to inquiries from boards. Im not so sure about that but after thinking about it I felt if I was trying to run a company I might have to take same course. Being public and not private I reckon it is frustrating for them as well as shareholders. Ive always remembered that.

As far as the Magliochetti Family I really and truly have to differ with you. This is a family of 4 in the trust with a 9 figure irrevocable trust that specializes in small busineses. Very savy with an impecible record. As far as Billy, he has had failures early in career in GA. (im a GA. boy) but has done well in a MGT position from what I gather in other ventures. Don't think IMO that Magliochetti Family of four with deep pockets, two of which are Harvard grads would not properly vet the person they wanted to run this company with areas that fit Billy's expertise.
Hope it all works out but if not that's the risk we all take. If I found in my DD scam activity from Magliochetti Family and their associations with other companies I would put this high risk, but I haven't so I just keep it a risk.
No hard feelings. Hope you take this as it is meant. To offer possible explanations as to why so difficult in getting info, even when we think we deserve info. We want this before it comes out naturally to help with our individual trading decisions.

No offense TO, but I sense alot of SPECULATION in your post. I do appreciate all the time and effort you have provided the board. I know for one, your past posts have made me feel good and gave me hopes of making some coin on this investment. I STILL FEEL THAT WAY, but I am disappointed that your outlook has taken such a 180. To each their own, but for now I am still betting that some of your assessments are incorrect...for one, I doubt if the Magliocetti group is involved with daily operations and that they want to see much more value out of AQUM just like we all do!!
