#6728 RE: DutchyTheRooster #6721

I think this is good news although, at first, I believed it to be bad. According to the below email, it does not sound like Plug-In Motors is in operation anymore. In my opinion, it appears that the likely cause of this increased volume is a reverse merger. I’ve seen a couple of these before and this is how they usually go. First a stock sits for a very long time without interest or volume and then suddenly heavy volume returns without reason.

It appears to me that someone is intentionally creating a .0002 dome that prevents small investors from taking the stock price higher. Once/If a reverse is announced, and then watch the dome disappear so that the shares momentarily move higher. In a reverse merger, the SEC requires a quite period prior to the consummation. (Don’t expect to get much information from the parties.) So it appears that a new company may rise from the ELCR ashes.

I know it is pure speculation, but isn’t that why we are all here. Read emails below:
(I did redact because there was a personal telephone number and possible private emails.)

Mr. Tannko,
I got your email through a past associate Mr. Brown. Thank you for your inquiry. While several years ago I signed papers with ELCR, they never upheld any of their agreements and we went our separate ways. In the end Plug-In Motors has gone out of business and the website will be offline be the end of this month. So now, they do not have Plug-in Motors as a subsidiary, at least not the Plug-in Motors that I created.

On the other hand, if you are looking for an investment, my current company Orange EV is open to investment and if you are interested and qualified, I can have my CEO send you a packet to get to know us better.

As the DD performed and reported by netholder in post #6728 confirm, Plug-In Motors is defunct. The picture of the Plug-In Motors car and all correlating speculation is now defunct as well.

I guess this is what happens when P&Ds post articles that are several years old instead of doing real detective work. I applaud netholder.
