The Transformational Technology article released yesterday referred to them as "nanobots."

"Unlike conventional flu drugs that affect the ability of viruses to penetrate cell walls or reproduce, nanoviricides kill target viruses as soon as they’re encountered. They are, in a sense, nanobots" (emphasis mine).
