You have clearly confused RECREATIONAL with retail because BOTH MEDICAL AND RECREATIONAL DISPENSARIES ARE RETAIL OPERATIONS, ie they sell goods in small quantities to consumers. The opposite of "retail" is "wholesale" but recreational/medical are most certainly retail.

The Amendment 64 terminology regarding vending machine has already been posted and the A64 Task Force has already recommend not interfering with secure vending machine being placed at the store.
