PAR is 001 on GPSI. Why would they pay much more?? This stock is being manipulated IMO. Sooner or later they'll dump. If someone received a couple hundred thousand shares for a private placement at a ridiculously low price, then providing bid support and collecting another 10K shares on the open market is pure manipulation. Part of the game I guess. But, this company has zero news and zero filings. Why would anyone buy this?? Inside info??

Because they have an agreement to get interest payments as long as they don't sell! JMHO as I am always wrong!
