This puny drop is called a "Gap Cover".
Pull up a daily chart an you'll notice that we gapped up over .039 and have pulled back. Today that gap is covered which setting up nicely for a sustainable upward move. You might also notice a lot of the technical indicators pushing the upside/bullish boundaries so a pullback like this is healthy
