most of the day at .18, wouldn't fill so I said tuh hell with it and changed it to .19 and got filled. Most of my shares were bought at pre-penny and lower pennies, so I don't mind buying any of SPLI under .20! IMHO, anything under .50 will be a bargain in the very near future. SPLI
