Yup, Like I said in an earlier post, shorts will try to take ELTP down one more time. Hopefully, tomorrow's deadline should cease this practice. I'm aware that some folks stated that the stock has to be trading $1 or higher for the rule to take effect. Please, anyone, provide a link as to where it stated in the rule book.
