I doubt it ever came off the DTC list, and perhaps the reason the new dudes haven't been able to do anything with RVGD:

All that dilution by the previous CEO via Carnes and his buddy were illegal shares as the legends were not properly removed. Big problem for this shell to overcome, imo.
